This piece is 9.5” in diameter and 8.5” tall. Norfolk Island Pines were transplanted to south Florida, southern California, and Hawaii in the early part of last century and they quickly became an invasive species. I get these pieces from Florida where they grow south of Daytona. The blue-ish coloration is the work of spalting colonies that move into the tree once it is down on the ground for a few months. This piece has a nice shape and a high-gloss sheen achieved from a waterproof epoxy resin.
